In the metal product manufacturing industry, precise distribution of premix as the core raw material is a key link to ensure production continuity and product quality. Currently, most enterprises rely on manual driving of forklifts to transport intermediate barrels between workshops and storage areas, facing problems such as low efficiency, high labor costs, and prominent safety hazards.

Solution:

Hangfa Robotics has developed a 4t forklift AGV for the metal products industry, which is used for transporting pre mixed transfer buckets back and forth between workshops. The forklift AGV adopts inertial navigation+magnetic nail navigation outdoors and laser navigation indoors, with a navigation positioning accuracy of ± 20mm. The driving unit is independently driven, with a high lifting height, and can perform stacking operations of general pallets. The control mode is compatible with remote control and automatic scheduling control, which is flexible and efficient. The vehicle is equipped with a laser collision sensor device and collision edges, ensuring safety and reliability. It can operate on self leveling and concrete roads both indoors and outdoors. This device has a high lifting height and can be used for stacking general pallets. The AGV of aviation robots promotes cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the logistics process of the metal products industry, laying the foundation for the construction of digital factories.
